I’m so glad you’re here.

Meet Becca

Becca (she/her) is a space holder, trust builder, and lifelong student. She was introduced to yoga as a young adult and found a sense of community through Sangha Studio- Vermont’s first non-profit, donation based studio- when she moved back to her hometown of Burlington, Vermont in 2017. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Caitlin Pascussi and Julie Serow Franklin in 2020, and has had the joy to continue to grow as both a student and teacher since then. In 2023, Becca relocated to Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts with her partner and their two rescue dogs. She enjoys tending to her garden and dips at Lamberts Cove.

Off the mat, Becca has over a decade of experience working to support just and sustainable food systems, with roles ranging from farmers market manager to school nutrition advocate. She currently works as a project coordinator and research assistant.

Becca offers a nourishing and welcoming practice, rooted in breathwork. She enjoys sharing yoga philosophy and readings in class. Students can expect accessible asana with opportunities to explore, and playlists crafted with care. Reach out to set up private one-on-one or group practices!
